Tarah is very good at her job. It began the day that we first met to discuss whether I should consider selling my house “in this economy,” in the Autumn and with people living in it. Tarah saw where the house fit in the market and how it could be presented well and in line with those and other concerns that I had. Through the whole process of finding buyers and then selecting the best offer, getting through the inspections and negotiations and completing the sale, Tarah knew what to do, and she did it well. No doubt about it Tarah is a skilled professional. But there was more going on during the two months from the initial interview to the closing, more than the mechanics of selling a house. Tarah explained what I needed to do at each stage of the preparation, how to get the house and yard ready for the photographer, then for the showing and finally for the inspections. I wouldn't have asked another person because I Know that she is the best, we ask each other questions when it is in an area that we are experts in, my area is cars and any thing that moves, hers is being the best at her Job which is real-estate. If she doesn't know the answer, she knows where to find the answers, or another approach that might work in special cases. I would recommend her to everyone. She selflessly helped me in a housing situation and I ended up with my dream home. Her performance is impeccable, there's no other that I will ever deal with when it comes to her career..
